By purchasing two weeks, you will learn the science on how to increase your focus, calm the mind and regulates your nervous system all through breath.Â
Live on Zoom Monday, Wednesday, Friday @9:00pm (CT)
Monday is insight day: Session is 30min
Wednesday and Friday: Practice together in community. (Session avg 10min)

Once you complete the two weeks of Breathworks you will qualify to take the third week and fourth week.Â
By consistently practicing weekly Breathworks. Athletes have shown and increase in focus, self confidence and enhanced emotional intelligence. All while gaining a deeper understanding of themselves.
Week #1: Breath to Focus (8 min)
Week #2: Calm Mind Practice (10 min)
Week #3: Limitless Mind (15 to 16 min)
Week #4: Unlocking Flow (18 to 20 min)
