Breathworks is an online mind nurturing community that runs in monthly cycles. Starting fresh every month. Through the 4 weeks of each month, the student is guided to learn one practice per week. Each practice is backed by science; ensuring growth for all levels of students.

We meet live on zoom Monday, Wednesday, Friday @8:00pm (CT)

  • Monday: Wisdom Day
    Start the week with a 25–30 min session to learn the insights and science behind the week’s practices.

  • Wednesday & Friday: Practice Sessions
    Short, focused breathwork sessions to build consistency and strengthen your mental game.

Week #1

Breath to Focus (8 min)
Insight: Learn the science behind breath & the secret behind Djokovic success: the power of conscious breathing.

Week #2

Calm Mind (10 min)
Insight: Through the power of breathing & observation; receive the tool to dissolve anxiety, worry and stress before any performance.

Week #3

Limitless Mind (15 min)

Insight: Learn to visualize and move into limitless mind through this powerful practice.

Week #4

Unlocking Flow (18 min)

Insight: Learn to enter flow state (a state of effortless action) by learning to connect to your mind and body.

4 Weeks; 4 Practices

Reach Flow Present Calm States through the mastery of these 4 practices. 

“Breath to Focus”

8 minute conscious breathing practice which strengthens the cholinergic system, helping you enhance concentration. This practice will also give students a stronger capability to tune out the mind, and dissolve anxiety so they truly become present to the task at hand.

“Limitless Mind”

15 minute practice, focused on activating the vagus nerve, relaxing the parasympathetic nervous system, as well as releasing nitric oxide through both breath and a variety of finger touches. This deep sense of relaxation allows for quicker muscular repair. In addition, students will learn to visualize themselves moving into limitless states of mind. 

“Calm mind”

10 minute practice which calms the amygdala(fight or flight center) of the brain, and activates the prefrontal cortex, the area of your brain responsible for focus, mental clarity, and conscious decision making. This practice will enhance awareness and tranquility in students.

“Unlocking Flow”

This 18 -20 minute practice, activates both the cholinergic system, as well as the prefrontal cortex simultaneously , moving students into peak performance flow state. Learning to observe the sensations arising in their body, moving into the present moment with full concentration and connection.
