This program is a virtual gym for the mind. Completely anonymous. Cameras and names are optional.

Through Breathworks you will be taken on a journey to practice what it takes to take your sport and life from good to great, all while gaining a deeper understanding of yourself.

Breathworks was designed to increase in length and wisdom, week after week. While we build discipline, we will learn to train our minds through 4 powerful meditations, designed to take us into theta states.

Program Outline:

Week #1: Breath to Focus (8 min)

  • Insight: What is conscious breathing and the science behind our nervous system and breath.

Week #2: Calm Practice (10 min)

  • Insight: Learn to free yourself from emotional entanglement through the power of observation.

Week #3: Limitless Mind (15 min)

  • Insight: Learn proper visualization and move yourself into the feeling of your limitless self.

Week #4: Unlocking Flow (18 min)

  • Insight: Open up your senses and step into flow states.
