Virtual LIVE 2 Week Program

For ages 12 and up

Breathworks is a mental strength training crash course.

By purchasing two weeks, you will learn the science on how to increase your focus, calm the mind and regulates your nervous system all through breath. 

 

Live on Zoom Monday, Wednesday, Friday @9:00pm (CT)

Monday is insight day: Session is 30min

Wednesday and Friday: Practice together in community. (Session avg 10min)

Once you complete the two weeks of Breathworks you will qualify to take the third week and fourth week. 

By consistently practicing weekly Breathworks. Athletes have shown and increase in focus, self confidence and enhanced emotional intelligence. All while gaining a deeper understanding of themselves.

Program Outline:

Week #1: Breath to Focus (8 min)

  • Insight: Learn to breath properly to enhance focus on and off the field.

Week #2: Calm Mind Practice (10 min)

  • Insight: Learn to dissolve anxiety, anger, and stress through a blend of breath and mental observation.

Week #3: Limitless Mind (15 to 16 min)

  • Insight: Move from limited self to Limitless self through visualization practice.

Week #4: Unlocking Flow (18 to 20 min)

  • Insight: Learn about sensory awareness and step into flow states.
