Virtual LIVE Program

This program is a mental strength training course. Where you are taken on a journey to practice what it takes to take your sport and life from good to great, all while gaining a deeper understanding of yourself.

Breathworks was built with the intention to help the student create discipline and consistency, which is the foundation to success. While we build discipline, we will learn to train our minds through 4 powerful meditations, designed to take us into theta states.

We go live on zoom Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Length of class depends on the practice for the week. See outline below..

Program Outline:

Week #1: Breath to Focus Meditation (8 min)

  • Insight: What is conscious breathing and the science behind meditation.

Week #2: Calm Mind Meditation (10 min)

  • Insight: Learn to dissolve anxiety, anger, and stress through the power of observation.

Week #3: Limitless Mind Meditation (15 to 16 min)

  • Insight: How can we visualize our deepest desires?

Week #4: Unlocking Flow Meditation (18 to 20 min)

  • Insight: Open up your senses and step into flow states.
